Growing up first generation Italian, Lisa Vitiello had the privilege of dining on plenty of gourmet tasting, home cooked meals. Some of Lisa’s fondest memories include helping out her parents around a simmering stove. Native to Naples, and San Georgia Lire Italy, Lisa’s parents instilled in her from a young age the importance of using fresh, premium ingredients and never skimping on quantity or quality. Being a restaurateur in New Jersey, her father excelled in putting an authentic, rustic flare on modern Italian-American dishes. He mentored and primed young Lisa to become the experienced, successful caterer she is today.
